Jessica Best has been the Director of Operations at Ashburn Academy of Dance for several years now. Jessica has decades of experience in management, as well as customer service. She has the ability to connect with people and create a family community.
As a dancer, Jessica understands how important expression through dance can be for a dancer; and will always be there for whatever support is needed. The dancers lovingly refer to her as “Mama Jess”, for which she is proud.
