Lauren Niehoff began dancing at the age of two. Her love of dance lead her to study many styles of dance such as ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, hip hop, pointe, and modern. During her training, she performed many lead roles in the Nutcracker and won a national solo title with Dance Makers. In 2012, Lauren graduated with a BFA in Dance Performance and Education from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA. While in college, she performed with the Xhale Dance Company and was also the dance captain. After graduating, Lauren travelled the world performing on Holland America Line cruise ships for several years. She has taught and choreographed all over Virginia and is also the head coach of the PVI Varsity Dance Team in Fairfax, VA. Lauren is so happy to be a part of the AAD family and share her passion for dance with her students!
