Anne Marie Kimmell
Anne Marie Kimmell is co-director of Ashburn Academy of Dance as well as the Ballet Theatre of Ashburn. She and Katie Beliveau founded AAD in 2001 with the mission of offering the highest quality of dance training while instilling the love of dance to dancers. Anne Marie and Katie continue to shape and inspire the next generations of dancers at AAD under their guidance and leadership.

Jessica Best has been the Director of Operations at Ashburn Academy of Dance for several years now. Jessica has decades of experience in management and has the ability to connect with people and create a family community.

Dara Watson
Dara Watson began her dance training at the age of three. She started dancing at the Ashburn Academy of Dance, with Katie Beliveau and Anne Marie Kimmell, at the age of 10 where she studied Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Lyrical.

Jose Soto
Jose started dancing at the age of 17 at Maryvale High School in Phoenix, Arizona. His studio training began under Miss Elizabeth Roper in ballet, and since then has developed a roster of both Arizona’s finest and some of the country’s most prominent professionals.

Alexandra Keen
Alexandra Keen received her classical training from The Washington School of Ballet under the direction of Mary Day. She attended summer intensives at The Ballet Theatre of Maryland, North Carolina School of the Arts, and The Washington School of Ballet.

Daphne Batista graduated cum laude from George Mason University, with a BA in Dance, in addition to a BS in Biology.
